HAYLEY MCFARLANE - These Confessions.
It's been 4 years since I picked up my dad's 25 year old Valencia, and 15 years since I've been exposed to the beautiful brilliance that is music. It means the world to me, and will always be my one true love. I write and play my own music, and would love to influence people through my art.

Writing has always interested me in a huge way. Poems are such a lost artform, and it's a shame, 'cause they are always so wonderfully, emotionally evoking. You could say I have a borderline unhealthy obsession with the way words can be used. I love to experiment with them, testing the limits of the human language. It's my escape from the real world. And there's no better way to share my opinions and feelings than through my own music.

I'm extremely blessed to be where I am today; to have met the people I have met, to see the things I have seen, and to experience the things I have experienced. I am tremendously thankful for all the beautiful people in this world, and the support they have shown me. I'm also thankful for all the bad things that have affected me or my friends and family. Even though they make me question why any of us deserve it, both the good and bad things in life depict who I am, and plays a role in who I am to become.

I intend on continuing with my original music for as long as I keep breathing, and hope that one day I can turn it up a notch and change the world one song at a time. I am currently working on a demo album, but for now here are some of my originals. They tell little stories of my life, they are my confessions.
